Introduction: Breast care done to smooth the blood circulation and blockage of milk channels so that the output of breast milk. So, taking care of the breasts since pregnancy and after giving birth is very important. In addition to useful for our own health, is also useful for the child's nutritional needs.
Objective: describe nursing care of maternity in Sectio Caesarea postpartum patient with application of breast care counseling to the implementation of treatment in flamboyan RSUD prof. Dr. Margono soekardjo purwokerto
Methods: This study used case studies with one case study of Sectio Caesarea postpartum mothers day 1 and evaluated by observing breast self-care or breastfeeding and measuring milk production.
Results: Breast care can increase the patient's knowledge about how to care for her own breasts and the results of patients can care for her own breasts, breast milk is out. Thus breast care for the production of breast milk Post Sectio Caesarea mother
