Strategi guru pendidikan agama islam dalam meningkatkan kebiasaan shalat berjamaah di SMP Negeri 1 Karangkobar kabupaten Banjarnegara tahun pelajaran 2014/2015

This research is motivated by the students of SMP Negeri 1 Karangkobar Banjarnegara who have less enthusiasm in doing jamaah prayer. The aims of this study are ; 1) To know how the students of SMP Negeri 1 Karangkobar Banjarnegara 2014/2015 school year doing jamaah prayer, 2) To know the strategy that pursued by Islamic Education Teachers in improving the habit of prayers in SMP Negeri 1 Karangkobar Banjarnegara the academic year 2014/2015.
In this study the author used qualitative research. The researcher did not use numbers in collecting data and in providing interpretation of the results. But it does not mean that in this qualitative study authors did not use numbers in certain cases, for example, put the number of students, number of teachers and classes, of course, using numbers. In the data collection methods that I used is by observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis technique performed early on, it was developed during the process of collecting data until arranging the report. Qualitative analysis is basically using logical thinking with regard to the strategy Islamic Education Teachers in improving the jamaah prayer habit of the students in SMP Negeri 1 Karangkobar Banjarnegara school year 2014/2015.
The results showed that the Islamic Education Teachers performed some strategies to improve the jamaah prayer habit of the students in SMP Negeri 1 Karangkobar Banjarnegara the academic year 2014/2015. The strategy has been pretty well done because using the implementation of those strategies most students become actively doing the jamaah prayers so that students are expected to have a personality as a muslim who have a courage to make masjid in prosper.
